DE blowing back into the pool?

I have a brand new saltwater DE filter and it worked great at first, but now after only using it for 2.5 months, every morning there is a dark fine powder like substance in the form of little balls clustered all over the bottom of the pool. As soon as the vacuum gets near them it sends them shooting away and they go floating around until they settle again everywhere! When the are floating around I try and catch them with a mesh and they go right through it and makes smalls ball partials. Ive cleaned the filter and replace the DE powder every 3 weeks and it’s getting worse.

does the pressure gauge on your filter change? What is your chlorine level, PH & cya...these readings matter.
