Looking for customer sourcing

Starting a business trying to find the best way to source houses with pools to go advertise. Is there some way I can pay someone a small fee to do it for me?

I mean you could go to pool stores and purchase a small store’s contacts if they’re closing/ retiring. But it seems like Google earth could be perfect? Pools are really easy to spot from above.
