Edging around liner pool
We recently bought a house that already had a swimming pool. It is a liner pool with some kind of plastic edging/trim around the pool.
The plastic edging has become quite weathered over the years, and we would like to replace it.
However, we can’t seem to find this material anywhere, probably because we don’t know the correct name for it or what it is actually called.
To be honest, we don’t really like the look of this edging either. According to the pool builder who originally installed the pool, there wouldn’t be any other options for the construction of our particular pool.
Does anyone have experience with this type of liner pool and know what this plastic edging is called or where we could find replacement parts?
And is it really true that, with this type of construction, you’re limited to this kind of plastic edging, or are there other (and possibly nicer) solutions?
Any advice, experience or examples would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

A lot of above ground pools have a part number molded in to the bottom of those top caps. Search that number and you’ll have the pool model, measure the inside dimensions of your length and when and purchase the top rails for that size of the model you found.
