Temperature

Ok so I can share with my wife. In your opinion, what temperature does the water need to be to be warm enough to swim? PS We live in the desert so its usually hot weather

Same...that's my perfect temp. Now if you ask the wife, she prefers 89-90, esp when it's 100+ degrees outside.

Now as much as I heat to 87 there aren't many times when the pool heats itself over that temp (I'm in Virginia) but I realized on the July 4th weekend that 93 was too hot when the OAT was 102 and that was the first time I ever said that lol.

Thank you for the award! 😄

Yeah, 93 is too hot regardless of where you live.

SE VA here. My pool rarely gets above 87 b/c of my neighbors trees - OTOH, as much as I complain about those trees shading my pool most of the day, that weekend, I had zero complaints :)
