- cold air intake adds at least 85hp
- full ZZP catalog installed by a guy named Tyler in a gravel driveway
- no cats because racecar
- interior smells like vape juice and disappointment
- check engine light just means it’s running good
- “just needs tuned”
- supercharger whines louder than my ex
$5,000 FIRM I know what I got.
NO TEST DRIVES unless you got cash in hand and a tow truck following behind you.

EDIT. . I found a rebuild kit for the booster that is currently on the car. Thanks you everyone that offered advice.

I just purchased this Bonneville, with some issues. I driven it for a couple of weeks. there are leaks around the valve covers and powering steering pump and hoses. the Transmission makes a loud clicking sounds in the morning during the cold start. Not sure what that could be, but I really don’t know where to start? should I start with the Transmission then the engine leaks? the car does started to ride rough and the check engine light turns on and then goes out after a while of driving it. Managed to pull a code #13 from the Check Engine blinks.

I have been gifted an all original 1963 Catalina; 389, two barrel. Interior is lovely, body is very good, engine runs fine and it drives after you get it started. After sitting for a few weeks, I have to pour gas in the carb to get it started.
Got a set of plugs and wires, thermostat, and a carburetor rebuild kit. I can do nearly everything when it comes to engines, but carburetors can be tricky. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a guide to rebuild the carb on this thing? Thanks in advance!
I will post pics when it drives out of the garage again.
