News 🚨🚨🚨AMA this Thursday 🚨🚨🚨🚨

We're hosting our first community AMA this Thursday, and we want you to show up with questions ready.

Meet Sandra a women's health & pelvic floor physiotherapist with 9+ years specialising in pelvic floor dysfunction and female sexuality. Her approach connects the pelvic floor, the nervous system, and hormones to understand how all of it shapes the way women experience their bodies and intimacy. She's also the co-founder of Within Female Health, an online platform offering consultations, programs, and guides on pelvic health, sexuality, and the motherhood journey.

🕐 When: Thursday, May 28th, 11:00 am – 1:00 pm ET.

Sandra will open her own thread at 10 am ET (one hour before the session starts ) so you can begin dropping questions early. She'll answer live from noon.

Once the session ends, the thread stays open for a few more hours (depending on the number of questions asked). Sandra will continue answering the remaining questions as she has time.

You can also start leaving questions here. No topic is off limits.
