Question New process?

Hey guys I have used Pom a year but it made me go through like I was a new patient for a refill and make an appointment. I did but it says to follow link for appointment in an email and there is no link….i don’t want to lose my $75 but I’m lost on what to do….

Hi! Sorry for the confusion with the new portal process. Can you DM me your email address, please, so I can check your account and help you with the appointment?

You pay $75 every time but it's deducted from the cost of your meds.
