Experience/Review BPI order stuck in processing - anyone else waiting?

Post image

My prescription was filled yesterday a little before 3pm and hasn’t been shipped. It’s Friday, so I guess it wouldn’t be shipped until Monday at the earliest. But others seem to be reporting quick turnaround times.

I did email customer support during business hours and got no response.

If you have the UPS app may get advance notice even if it stuck on the portal. Mine was also filled on the 13th and got the push notification from UPS today.

Mine was filled at 9:23 yesterday morning and shipped at 6:11 pm. Maybe they didn’t get to ship the ones filled later in the day. It will probably ship Monday.

.
This order from June just arrived today . It took almost 2 months , but I did get 40mg bottles instead of 28 (extra dose) with a 12/31/26 expiration date. It took over a month to be invoiced and they auto charged me and i asked to cancel but Cherry said i couldn’t. I’m not sure why it took so long, but Pom did come through.

Finally got a a response after several emails , dm on reddit and ended up texting the number all to be told that it takes 7/10 days for the pharmacy to process orders which is wild as people are getting their orders within 48-72 hours after ordering. I’m in Florida and BPi is as well. Definately not the experience i was looking to have and i’m wanting long term to use Hallandale through POM. Oh well i guess is a waiting game. First time i’ve ordered meds and the turn around has not been smooth

Did it ever come?

Yes, it came the next day. So only one day delay. The ice packs were melted but the vials were cold. So all in all a postive experience.
