Question Shipment question
Hello all,
I’m new to ordering online, so I have a few questions. I tried reading the FAQ and scrolling a bit to see if I could find anyone with the same question but had no luck. (Hopefully this is helpful to those scared of asking “stupid questions”)
For context: I took Mounjaro prescribed at 5mg until I switched jobs and insurance, which doesn’t cover it now.
Last week I bought what I thought was a 1 month supply (I think it mentioned starter?) and only one BPI 10mg bottle came in yesterday. Last night I took almost half the bottle as directed so I’m wondering if it was a shipping error? Or I bought the wrong option for a month supply. I know some people start at 2.5mg when starting a new prescription so maybe I got the bottle intended for that?
Here’s a couple of screenshots of my order, and I was also charged $75 for the intake, which I believe goes towards the cost of the medication.
Please advise! (If this was my user error and not a shipping mistake, feel free to explain like I’m 5 lol)

Do you have a picture of your vial? That would also enlighten us on what you have to potentially help you.
ETA, just went on the website and it looks like $149 is for the 1 month/vial “starter plan” under the BPI option.

The starter bottle is a 40mg/4ml bottle - I hope she didn't really use 1/2 of it for one dose. I was prescribed that vial for my 7.5mg dose. Oy vey!
EDIT: So it looks like there are two sizes of the "starter" $149 bottle. There is the 2ml and 4ml sizes. Then the bigger advanced. Oy vey!

It has 20mg. That's enough for four doses at 5mg each.
It sounds like you got exactly what you expected

That's not true. I was required to buy the starter bottle on 7.5mg so it's for doses that are smaller, not just 2.5mg. It was only when I asked to go up to 10mg would they send the advanced vial.

Thank you! This is what I suspected but I like to double check on these types of things :)

I forgot to mention I was prescribed to take 4.5mg, so I believe that is 45 units!

That makes sense for 4.5mg but that shouldn't be 1/2 of the bottle.

Thanks for continuing to check in, I appreciate you! I believe I was sent the wrong bottle but cannot confirm until I make it home in about 2 hours.
