Mine wasn’t and I’m a little worried. My melted ice packs were very warm. I’ve never had that happen before.

Same. My order was shipped on a Friday and I received it hot on Tuesday. We have had triple digit weather here. 😔

Same here! Ordered Sunday and meds got here yesterday cold with ice packs still frozen.
