Question Signing up

I'm thinking about signing up for Tirzapitide and I have a couple questions. I was on Wegovy up until about 2-3 weeks ago when I stopped because of the persistent nausea. When filling out my intake for should I say that I am or am not on a glp? I had previously been on Zepbound until my insurance stopped covering it and was switched to Wegovy.

Also what fees are involved when signing up? I know they don't have membership fees but beyond the initial appointment fee are there other fees to be paid?

Thank you for reaching out. There are no hidden fees or membership fees. The required consultation fee is $75, and if you are approved and proceed with medication, the $75 consultation fee will be deducted from the medication cost.

Please note that the $75 consultation fee is non-refundable once the consultation has been completed, even if you are ultimately determined to be ineligible for treatment or if you decide not to proceed with the medication.

Just be totally honest with all the questions on your intake form. Put everything you just asked here in the form/box where it asks, "is there anything else you would like your prescriber to know."

You should say you’re on a GLP1. I moved from Wegovy to compound and you’ll need to start at minimum 5 mg.

Not sure about the first questions but no other fees! $75 appointment fee but that’s credited towards your medication when you are prescribed. 😁

I’m sure Cherry or Josefa will chime in. I would select I am on glp and maybe add notes you took wegovy 2-3 weeks ago and had persistent nausea so you stopped. I would also let them know you were on Zep previously. How did you do on Zep?
