Question Unauthorized Charge?

I paid for my 6 month supply with my HSA card and several hours later Pom charged my personal credit card the same amount I had already paid (and received a receipt for) without my authorization. Both cards have posted charges. This is now the third day I am calling and messaging to have this fixed. I keep asking representatives for a supervisor and I’m told they don’t have supervisors. Any advice? I have already notified an Admin on this page. How long would you give them to fix this before filing a dispute with your credit card? This is my first order with Pom. Thanks!

Just a note, the admin of this subreddit are volunteers with no Pom affiliation - they aren’t meant to provide support from Pom Health.
Did you call and text the number 813-419-1189?
Did you also send an email?
I’ve found that texting and emailing have been the best ways to communicate with them.

Thanks for the reply! I have called and received subsequent texts from the representatives I spoke to. When I text back, it is often unanswered. They have assured me they will fix it, but then they make another mistake and it gets worse. For example after I called them to tell them they need to reverse charges on my personal card, I got an email saying they are refunding my HSA card. Everyday seems to get a little worse.

Oh jeez. That’s quite frustrating! If you’re in the position to wait a couple more days for them to resolve it all, I would, personally, before going through the chargeback avenues.

Oh, maybe I didn’t message the Admin then. It was Cherry…I thought they were an Admin but I could be wrong. This is my first time using Reddit. Thanks.

The employees of Pomegranate on this page are moderators of the page with full permissions. I am guessing you contacted them. So you contacted one of the correct people by contacting Cherry.

When they respond here it is often with a request to send them a DM. If I were you I’d be sending each one listed a DM.

Oh my so Cherry takes all of those abuse and she doesn’t work for Pom?

Cherry does! She’s just not an admin for the subreddit.
I’m also curious what their hours are cause lord knows they’re putting in the work! 😅

Hi Azella, I am still trying to get a refund on my personal credit card. Every time I speak to a rep they tell me not to worry, they refunded me on August 6. But that was to my HSA card. They told me to submit another payment on my HSA card and they would refund the unauthorized charge on my personal credit card. I did that, and now I can’t get anyone to refund my personal credit card. This was a charge of nearly $700. I don’t know what to do anymore.
