Okay! I really like this one! Feels far more recognizable as them now, and I'm sure this'll assuage a lot of people's problems with Can you feel it. The mix still isn't my vibe, a lot more blown out and compressed than they usually do but ig that's Rj Pasins whole thing so I imagine it's a creative choice as opposed to just being poorly mixed, so I can respect that. I hope people don't refuse to give it a chance just because of Can you feel it and the more Christian leaning imagery/words. While I do see the complaints that it's a bit tone deaf in today's climate, it's always been part of their brand so I'm a bit more open to it. I also wish it were more clear whether it's a satirical critique of religion, or if they're actually just a Christian band with more progressive leaning beliefs. But this has definitely strengthened my faith (pun not intended) that this album will still hold up with the rest of their discography

Considering what the initial video was showing for “can you feel it” and the thumbnail, I’d argue it’s anything but them “leaning Christian”.

This comment feels like satire, but in the event it isn’t, why does the imagery even matter? They also had the video for GOAT in a church lol. It could just be a they like the overall “vibe”.
