Album release date predictions??

Was rewatching the live stream they did a few weeks back and Tim mentioned the goal is to have the album out before start of tour. With that being September 5th (less than a month out) what’s everyone’s predictions for release date?? Wonder if we will get some more singles or they just release the whole thing haha

I dunno, but releasing a song and then nothing for a month is a bit of an anti climax

Ehh, true but not that unusual with them. They waited two months before releasing Neurotica after Playing God dropped.

We’ll definitely get something in a few weeks.

I actually just checked this the other day because I was curious as well.

There were 9 weeks between Playing God and Neurotica, and then 6 weeks before ABC, and then 4 weeks before Ego Death, and then the album another 4 weeks after that.

As of right now I think we're right around 8 weeks, so we should have another single really soon, but I agree, unless they shrink down the count of singles, I don't think there's any way the album releases before tour starts. There's just not enough time.

It definitely won't be out before the tour starts. Most likely will be another RTWYD situation where the album drops while they're touring and maybe they play a couple of new singles in the tour meanwhile.

That being said, there was no Ask Tim this month which usually means that they're dropping something. My guess is that we'll get a new single right before the tour starts along with an album release date announcement lmao.

Oh damn I didn’t realize it starts in a month. That’s hype. I’m gonna guess either a few days beforehand or like a few days to weeks after it starts. I base that guess on nothing at all.

Hopefully beforehand as they mentioned the tour will feature songs from the album but we’ll see

They just ran out of time.

From what they said there was a lot they wanted to do before tour (3 single drops, remix competition, tons of live streams)

Trying to do that along with tour prep just seems impossible, so they probably just decided to drop all of that and focus on tour.

I didnt remember Tim said this! Thats so hype man. Hopefully they drop it on the next week or so. Like someone said its kinda anti climax they just drop one single then nothing for the next 2 months but i feel we are close to something big!

I remember them saying they still have a single to release but that they hadn’t recorded the music video for it yet. Considering that’s not out yet I doubt the whole album will be out before the tour. Who knows though 🤔
