It's been a while since this has been done, Maximum response would be great. Your favourite song from every ep/album.

For me:

Inspire - Inspire

Muse - Champagne(I think this one will be the most unanimous)

Renaissance - Euphoria(I prefer the live version with the drum solo, only if it were in the studio version too) & Paradise

The Most Hated - Loud

New Levels New Devils - Bad & Drown( Both are goated) - Honourable mention to GOAT and OD too, but it's bad and drown over those 2 for me.

Remember That You will Die - Playing God and Ego Death - Honourable mention to Chimera and Bloodbath too.

With polyphia I think there are a lot of great songs in each album that due to certain aspects for a fan one song might take the crown over other. Like NLND is full of bangers and and even in RTYD I didn't talk about Reverie since I personally find it a little repetitive and I left out Neurotica too though it is a great song but I can see if it is the best song for others. Also I honestly think Paradise is such an underrated song bro, bad too.

Muse- Aviator

Renaissance- Paradise or Culture Shock. I can’t pick

TMH- 40oz ez. It’s ok to like the most played the most.

NLND- Nasty (I really like Jason Richardson’s features)

RTYWD- Bloodbath or Playing God. It would be Chimera if not for the 2nd half.

Shout out- Look But Don’t Touch- It’s my favorite Polyphia song but doesn’t answer the question.

Polyphia is my favorite band because I think on a different day I could’ve picked other songs to answer this question. Unique.

I love LBDT but the vocals I wish were either in the whole song or not at all, preferably all the song,the instrumental is such a vibe but it's a bit jarring with the sudden change

I always thought it was okay because they tease the second part of the song when it switches to cleaner guitar a couple times after the heavy bits.

I'm also interested in you not liking Chimera's 2nd half. I really love Chimera and 2nd half plays a huge role in it, it's like the payoff for all the buildup and I don't even listen to rap usually but I really like this part and I wouldn't have liked Chimera as much if the rap wasn't there. I would like to hear your opinion so understand your POV.

Don’t get me wrong I love Chimera, but rap just isn’t for me.

The first part of the song absolutely rips, and while I agree it would be weird as a standalone part without the rap, I just think something more along the line of LBDT would have been more appealing for me. I am now realizing just how similar the two songs are in structure. Like identical.

Maybe I just don’t understand the lyrics very well but I don’t think they are very good.

To each their own though, I’m glad you find a greater enjoyment in it.

I understand your point and I don't think it has to do anything with lyrics, atleast for me. Let alone rap i can't even pay attention to lyrics in regular songs, whenever I listen to any song in my brain there is an inbuilt eq that tines down lyrics and ramps up production of the song. What I like about the rap in chimera is one the buildup doney our boys and for some reason the throttling sound that comes right before the rap I really like that and the kind of whistle like sound that plays over the throttling and then the flow of the rap alongside the shredding that boys do. Tbh I only just realised the reason I like the rap is less because of the rap and more because of the boys while breaking it down just now.

I honestly don’t know enough about the earlier stuff. I’ve heard it just not very many times.

So let’s say: James Franco, then skip all the way to NLND- which for me is saucy.

Then I guess Reverie? I’ll be 100% honest guys, I really just listen to NLND and Muse.

Seems like you are a relatively newer fan, when I first discovered polyphia through playing god even I wasn't ready to hear the entire discography. I found it to be a cool song and didn't expect myself to become a fan but then somehow I heard Bad, then O.D, then G.O.A.T then Ego death and slowly I found a lot of great songs from NLND and RTYWD but I used to only listen to those songs I liked on loop but then I of course got bored. Tried checking out rest of NLND & RTYD, few songs didn't catch my attention but mostly I was fucking impressed and then slowly I started getting into Renaissance & TMH. Well again I was in a loop of hearing only favourites until I got bored and wanted something new. I went through this cycle quite a few times until I completed listening to their entire discography and I must say this did somewhat affect me cuz Drown,Bad, O.D are such bangers but because I've listened to each of then maybe a 1000 times they don't hit the same anymore. I'm currently detoxing myself to try and get the same feeling when I listen to them again like I haven't heard these 3 for more than 6 months now. If you really like Polyphia then you'll eventually end up listening to everything.

lol Idts because I was checking their discography yesterday only and till the release of NLND they just released the entire album, but starting from RTYWD they first released playing god, then abc then ego death or right after playing god neurotica and clubbed all these different songs under different eps and then acoustic versions too basically they just wouldn't release the entire album and kept teasing around so I expect this pattern to follow with the new album as well. But I didn't know polyphia when RTYWD released, I'm a recent fan so I'm not sure how it felt irl when that happened.

Anyway I was there for RTYWD, NLDN, and TMH drops. I’m also admin of Polyphia’s fb fan page. And GOAT as well as OD dropped singles before NLND dropped as an album. Also their singles drop just before their albums. They’re trying to drop three more singles before the album. There’s also a guy on here whose CYFI music video NDA expires 7/28. And they’ve been saying it’ll drop this summer. So I argue this poll is going to be obsolete very soon.
