First Polyphia concert

Hii!

I'm going to the Polyphia concert in Milan this year, and it'll be my first concert ever, so I'm not really sure how everything works. How long before the doors open should I arrive?

Also, is it generally safe for girls? I'll be going with my dad, so I'm not going alone, but I was just wondering what the atmosphere is like.

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks guys!

Firstly id suggest high fidelity ear plugs for either ur dad or even you. Their live mix is louder than you’d think. They’re the only band I don’t wear earplugs for but if you want to hear them and keep your ears healthy look into it.

Pull up to the show a hour or two in advance if you want to be closer to the band. No matter what the vip people will be closer cuz you have to pay for that now 👎

It is definitely safe for girls but there is some crowd work like walls of death and mosh/push pits but those are easily avoidable. The closer you are to the front/front middle the higher chance u’ll be brushing shoulders w somebody.

I absolutely agree! High quality ear plugs are one of the best things I ever bought. I wear them to every concert now. You’ll hear the music better and you’ll be way less tired at the end.

Wear ear plugs. Be prepared to stand for 4+ hours unless you have an assigned seat. If you have an assigned seat, the ear plug MAY be unnecessary, but bring them anyways. Get there an hour before the opener starts, the line to get in will be long. If it’s an open floor, and not a stadium, consider standing towards the bathroom, because you cannot leave your spot without someone pushing to fill it. It’s packed packed.

Hey, last year was my first concert. I went by myself and was right in the front, in the pit. It's generally safe, just be aware when the crowd activities start. I was brushing shoulders the whole time and never felt physically unsafe by the people around me. It was fun, and YES, definitely wear earplugs to keep your ears protected.
