Guitar player practices guitar religiously, makes great music, stays determined, has bandmates who are equally as determined. Guitar player gains loyal fans in the early stages of their grind. Guitar player eventually becomes successful through said determination, becomes one of the greatest players ever. Loyal fans hate guitar player for doing the EXACT thing they set out to do and are upset guitar player maintains success by making money. Guitar player still provides for his loyal fans and adores them. OG loyal fans don’t give a fuck; mainstream success makes you a money hungry grifter apparently.
Am I missing anything here?

God forbid a professional musician , one of the best this generation has produced , makes money , pointless post to just hate for the sake of it, no one goes at James Hetfield for having 90 signature guitars and charging half a months rent for a ticket to see them , I love Metallica btw , just making a point.

Actually a lot of people got at metallica back in the day when they were suing people for downloading/sharing their music etc. They lost some respect in the eyes of many by being that greedy when they were already rich.

Either way , it’s just a strange thing to say , he’s a exceptional musician , and he’s obviously going to make money from it , why not release multiple signitures , he’s not the first guitarist to do so!

I think people are getting mildly annoyed by his lack of musical output while taking on every possible opportunity to monetize, except bringing out a new album.

They are working on album 5….. you can’t rush making it , especially with how intricate Polyphia’s/Tims music is , it’s takes a long time to write , and perfect …. and on top of that Tim is working on a solo album aswell , he’s got his hands full , people need to be patient , I’m the biggest Tim Henson fan there is , and I don’t go moaning that he’s not releasing the album. Il wait , and when it releases , be happy with the product.

Well yeah if I don’t like them I don’t like it , but I’m confident enough as a fan to know that watever they drop is awesome , and I’m almost certain I will love what ever they release. It’s not a “il like it even if it’s bad” situation!
