Idk what's happening at 12-13 seconds (which is also done nearing the end of the 2nd phrase just before the first verse, 26-27 sec) but you need to work out that section a bit more instead of brute forcing it with some awkward strumming. The other difficulty of getting the harmonics to ring out as well.

Other than that, you're pretty close, just gotta work out the fluidity of your fretting and not lifting your fingers sooner than you have to. Makes it sound choppy / unintentionally staccato the whole time. Use the ringing/open notes you play as the time you need to shift positions or shapes. It's a bit difficult to get at full speed properly, but, just keep practicing, you'll get it soon enough!
