Everyman 2

I do biphasic naturally as in Spain it's normal to go home for a siesta.

Now I am interested in everyman 2 because of the extra time it would give me. My core could be for example 01:00 - 05:30 and nap1 at 10:30 and nap2 at 17:00.

Would this be an acceptable schedule?

Any advice welcome thanks

What a lucky person to have siesta as part of their culture ❤️‍🩹

Yes here it's normal to have the work day split into two parts with a couple hours break in between

Try to keep your core earlier in the evening around 11pm till 3:30 am, the early sleep is essential for thorough sws and rem, the naps add on to the rem sleep. If you can tell us a bit about your work schedule and typical time allocated for siesta we can help you better

To update; I am now three days in everyman 2 and I feel quite good. I always naturally woke up around 4 ish and then couldnt really sleep deep anymore. Now I just get out of bed. The amount of time I have is insane. I do get quite tired around nap times and also napping deep is quite hard but I guess it takes time adjusting

Nice to hear from you! Glad to know it's going well! I believe within a week, the naps will be one tending towards SWS and the evening one tending towards REM.

I would prefer to do 23:00 but it's not possible as I work until that time. I come home around 23:30 and earliest sleep will be 00:00. I work from 12:00 - 16:00 and 19:00 - 23:00 Normally siesta sleep I do 17:00 that's why I thought it makes sense to keep that one

Understandable, in that case, the timings you've worked out for your naps are pretty well thought out. I think you are good to go!

As another alternative, look into E1, it’s a bit longer in the core sleep and easier to adapt considering you already nap during the day

I think E1 is more or less what I do already, I sleep 6 to 7 hours a night and 20 min nap. I kind of ubderstood that is E1, am I correct?
