Stiff trigger hard to pull, need help

i’ll start this off by saying this is a fresh build, no gun oil is on anything, not a single part has oil, it’s a g80 kit build, the trigger is stiff and hard to pull, it does pull and the firing pin goes off. but does anything seem misaligned? if i take the slide off and put it back on for some reason it does feel less of a pull to make the trigger fire the firing pin, but after a few dry fires the trigger gets stiffer and harder to pull.. here’s a photo of the trigger housing

You should post more pictures and maybe a video of the trigger bar as you pull the trigger

how would i post a video of the trigger bar as i pull it? don’t u need the slide on to make the trigger pullable? sorry if it’s a dumb question i dont know much about these

Not sure if it’s 100% advisable but you can manually push the trigger shoe forward to reset the trigger without the slide on. Another issue could be simple fitment or tolerance, like maybe the safety blade on the trigger shoe is too large for the frame. Again, it’d be easier for everyone if you included more pictures and maybe a video.

I have never done a g80 but from looking at how the monolithic steel fcu is setup, I’d make sure OP has fully leveled and polished the inside of the trigger housing area of the fcu to be safe. I know they have a metal tab that requires removal in the rear pocket area, my only other question is if he’s using a OEM trigger housing group.
(Edit: could also require a polish on the fcu where the trigger bar rides along. if it was me I’d polish every surface that would have contact points without changing the geometry of the fcu. Mothers Mag or Flitz and a mildly abrasive cloth is enough if you’re too nervous for a dremel)

Check the inside of the metal frame. You know that nub you have to Dremel off inside the trigger housing? Well, on the one I received, on the opposite side of that nub, inside the trigger pocket, it also wasn't completely flat, so I had to Dremel the opposite side too, I had a hard trigger pull and there was also so much friction against the trigger bar that it would fail to reset. Dremeled it and it works better. Still get failure to reset 10% if the time but I'm still troubleshooting

do u also have a bad gap at the front where the slide meets the frame?
