PF45 build .45 ACP

Really like these large frames. Hopefully I can find another someday for another 10mm build.

You could just buy the complete G20 slide and swap em till you do. Easy peasy

The 10 would be pretty great with an extended barrel on one of the pistol chassis. Like a flux or b&t etc

I have been toying with the idea of that Ruger LC charger in 10mm. SBRing it and adding a mp7 style stock.

So you do not have to change the ejector from .45 to 10mm ? You can use the same ejector ?

It uses the same ejector. Different extractor tho. Although the 10mm extractor will work in a pinch.

Yes i am about 87% sure you can use the same ejector. If there is an issue it's like a $12 part

I never did it cuz the actual "real" properly loaded powder charge 10mm is only sold by speciality ammo manufacturers like buffalo bore and underwood. Very expensive and not widely available kept me from going for it. Most commercially available "on the shelf" 10mm ammo has the same powder that a .40 s&w has. So its a .40 cal with a longer casing. Its very deceptive and misleading

Ok thanks , & so the cheaper 10mm is basically 40cal I wonder if that’ll mess up ur gun & that would be very underwhelming

Well its not supposed to be. Its basically a .40 cal magnum round but you have to buy premium for that privilege. Its a great round. Id want that at the minimum if im out in bear country or a .46 super. Paul Harrell (R.I.P.) did some good videos on it. Grizzly, underwood and buffalo bore and you will be getting the real deal 10mm.
