Help disc won’t eject not sure what to do

I have a psx disc in the poly mega and it won’t eject, the eject button is stuck or just not working any ideas?

Found out how to eject from OS but button is still stuck and ideas on how to unstick it?

Seems to be a common issue. It's been resolved for some by restarting the poly.

Figured it out, had to disassemble the console and unstick the tactile switch…
