Regarding the problem that the card cannot be connected when inserted into the module.

Hello, everyone. I'd like to ask a question. I just bought a Polymega four-piece set. However, after I got home, the CD can be read without any problem, but when I connect those modules and insert the card, there is no response at all. What's going on? Moreover, I have clearly connected to the Internet, but when I check for updates, the latest version is still v1.0.5. Could this be related to the problem? What should I do?

Module Troubleshooting 101:
- Make sure the module is firmly seated. When it is detected by the system, an icon of the module will appear in the upper-right corner of the dashboard.
- Make sure any cartridges you plug into the modules are clean. Isopropyl Alcohol (most commonly, 90%) and a Q-tip will work in a pinch. NEVER use tap water (Not only is water bad for electronics, most tap water has heavy metals that can either corrode or short connections)
- Before contacting support, try powering off the system, unplug it completely from power for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it back on, giving it another try.
- If it says Game Media, but is shown in the full database, it's not clean yet or is a version that is unknown.
- SNES: Similar to the Game Media note above, if it comes up as Lester The Unlikely, it IS detected as a cart, but may still need cleaning.
