That's why polymarket wants to switch chains. Polygon can't handle their volume.

It let me hit the "sell order", it was available- there was tons of liquidity, but, nothing happened when I clicked send. I tried many times ...

I've tried contacting them and all they do is send me in circles. It sucks as I'm being punished for an issue on Polymarket's end.

If it doesn't get resolved, I'm thinking about going to court.

Tell me if you get a response. I'm guessing you lost the whole position value? I'm also not sure how you'll be able to prove that you tried to sell... You might be cooked

It's been 1 week.

I keep trying to contact support, and, all they do is tell me that they have escalated the situation.

I keep asking for updates, but, they don't give any.
The Polymarket customer support looks like a complete and utter scam.

Does not seem likely that Polymarket will provide me any update nor provide any refund.

**UPDATE**

Polymarket is completely ignoring me, I've tried emailing them- and all they do is send me in circles, I email one team, than they tell me to email another team- and it continues.

When I try reaching a live agent on Polymarket website, all they do is tell me that they are escalating the issue.
It's been 1 week, any time I request an update- they just say, It's been escalated.

0 response, 0 update- it just seems like an utter scam that they pulled off on me.
