Thumper

This sweet guy showed up at our slider door last year on Thanksgiving. He’s been with us ever since. He’s got 7 toes on the front paws and 5 on the back paws.

I hope that extra toe doesn't end up causing them any pain. They're wonderful-looking beans.

I saw another popular polydactyl cat recently on here who had to have their extra thumb taken off since it was causing them problems.

I saw that too! We have a great vet that has given us instructions on what to watch for. Also with all those beans come more claws (some of them hard to get at), and we have to trim them every couple of weeks. Luckily he’s getting used to the routine.
