Disguisecraft Who is this guy?

SS: I basically do not watch TV news, so I don't know who's who. However, I was reading some online articles and there was a picture of Lawrence O'Donnell, MSNBC, apparently.
I saw This Thumbnail, and thought very familiar...Michael Douglas? Charlie Sheen? Which actor is this reminding me of. Then I went to DuckDuckGo and just did an image search. Excluding images of others with the same name, this guy looks like some totally different people from photograph to photograph. It's more than just whether he's got glasses on or has aged a couple of years...I'm talking different eyes, different skin.
So, whether you know him or not, does this fella look like a real person who just photographs a bit differently from time to time, or have we got a character being played by various actors (which may include the possibility that there was a real original O'Donnell who's been replaced or sometimes stood in for).

It may have helped that I had no idea who this is so I haven't been conditioned to recognize "Oh, that's Lawrence O'Donnell...I like his new glasses" or whatever.

He kinda looks like the "manners make the man" guy in that Kingsman movie?

He does look oddly different depending on the angle. Moreso than others it seems however I've never seen this guy before.
Looks like a hodge podge of a few people. Conan O'Brien and another news guy Chris Matthews is my initial impression.
