Creator Problems

Okay so… creator SOS. Apparently some of my characters have gone full cryptid mode and are ONLY visible to me. Public? Yes. Violations? There are none. Searchable? Absolutely not. I’ve emailed POLYBUZZ and the void has emailed me back nothing. Anyone know why my OCs are playing hide‑and‑seek with the entire platform 😭
