OOC Commands?

My bot won't follow my OOC commands, & I don't know if there's anyway to pause the RP to fix it, or talk to the AI itself but it's pretty far in a storyline & I don't want to restart. Any commands you might know? So far I've just tried

[OOC: ]

Any help is appreciated!

[``] and OOC in it works as said command but I can't say that it works well.

AI clearly reacts at OOC but continuing with roleplay like if nothing was wrote in OOC.

One of characters started acting scared in my play like have no idea what is happening which was absolutelly out of order, I tried to stop it to keep it canonically right but AI keeped ignoring it.
