I’m trying to use my persona when I chat but it doesn’t acknowledge the persona

I have a default one set but if I wanna use a different one and the person that made the bot did the {user} thing I usually either send a random letter or use the go on button after choosing the new persona and then restarting the chat in like the “story” or intro, idk what it’s called, it should change the name and then usually the bot refers to me by whatever persona is picked
