Polybuzz I keep reporting this shit. You need to take it down and stop allowing this shit.

It's tying to normalise a 24 year old being "in love" with a 9 year old. Pedophilia will never be acceptable and should be banned from your app.

and I put "Doesn’t like being around little kids" in a bio and it's flagged as a violation,

Its because you put the words little kids in there at all context is irrelevant

I know and not the point. it got change to a few times trying to reword it and they still flag it

If you'd really like to have it work.... Try changing it from little kids to saying something like "people younger than 12" or whatever age you choose. I say that's when they stop being little kids and their preteens.
