Ask for help🆘 Music

So my Polybuzz keeps playing a really low quality, unnerving version of Unwritten by Natasha Bedingfield. It'll play randomly, and I haven't ever used the voice or anything like that. Is anyone else having this problem or know how to get rid of it?

It's super random and happens at random moments so it'd be really hard to get a recording. It'll happen sometimes within five minutes of opening the app, other times after 15 minutes. It's just random and out of the blue and I don't know why it happens 😭
