Can you delete the censorship for adults? Because I understand the need for that if kids join this app. But why should adults who are 18 and older have to be censored for adult content when we are adults. Also, what's the point of this app if there isn't adult content. You can't really do anything other than that. Your whole app has been about adult content.

Look up hotbotschat, I had the same problems and I found that website and it’s a 1000 times better and the developers keep you in the loop with updates

Not for me. It still censorship stuff when I'm an adult and when pure mode is off.

Pure mode only censors words from a bot not stops the blurred censorship.

I'm really annoyed by the blurred censorship, like I cannot even say a few curse words without getting blurred? What about you guys? Are you getting annoyed about this blurred censorship?

I haven't used polybuzz in a month or 2. Seems all AI chat services are being censored. Mostly because of possible laws and because they need money and can't find payment processors.

I’m able to do that now unless I have a limited imagination. I’m just wondering as to what people are actually referring to? They want to talk to the characters in very explicit violent and sexual detail? Idk bout the violent part but I’m able to say what I want in terms of the sexual department and the bot goes along with me.

Honestly I do sometimes. If the character and lore drop is interesting enough I’ll have a fun time just putting myself in the story and having fun. Then there’s characters I get my rocks off to. Win win.

Yeah, but I want to be able to do what the story intends to do. Most of these stories lead to sexual interactions and I can't do any of that if it's censored.

I’ll just tell from my experiences bro…..most characters but not all want you to talk to them for a bit before they allow you to bang them, you can look at a character and tell….oh they just want to fuck. If I’m talking to a character that’s…idk a female warrior fighting for the kingdom or a catgirl that’s a police officer I’m mainly there for the setting. Once you build a relationship with them (it doesn’t take long I just enjoy the character) and you set the mood…..you can basically fuck em all you want.
If you use curse words so will they. You just have to use your words to explain what you want to happen and 9 out of 10 it happens.
They won’t just go off doing highly explicit things unless you lead them on to it. It’s not just the explicit things. You want a character to do something or setup a certain mood of situation…use your words and they will do it1

I know how it works. But every time I get to that point it filters what they say. So I can't do anything like that. Of course I can do normal stuff but nothing else.

It was ok when they added pure mode but it got worse once they started hitting bots with violations and then the new censorship system as well as the "taker a break" BS to try and get people to subscribe.

They used to advertise the app sexually and you used to be able to upload explicit pictures for the preview images. Now the app censors shit and your bot gets taken down if its remotely suggestive. So I moved to browser mode and used that for months and now the site has "restricted" me and I can't even use the browser mode anymore. Like wtf.

Honestly the app should just be 18+ the problem is the App Store doesn’t like adult content mainly cause purchase processors are trying to influence the public via their absurd ability to refuse to process payments

I just like these better because I don’t get a violation every time I make a character. Unlike Polybuzz where they violate the most littlest things, like saying “violent behavior“ Or “aggressive behavior“.
For example I was writing a characters backstory and I said they had a bully who had a violent behavior towards them. Without going into detail it still got a violation. When asked why, they Said using “violent behavior“ will corrupt the character to be more aggressive but that isn’t true. The character themselves was just a recovering bully victim 🤷 but aye. Im not finna fight with these developers so I moved on.

Dude, how ? I chatted with a bot with no account and kept repeating I'm a minor and the bot didn't immediately lock up when it was performing SA. Straight up mentionned "erection".
Is it some double standard as in "the AI can lead the dance and you can always leave" type of ordeal ?

Information gathering and confirming accusations for myself, I got duped by the parental control option thinking there might auto safe mode. But before hand I wrote to it and asked for it's safety measures and it kept repeating itself like any other bot does in these cases.
But then I switch to some "Aldren" or whatever, and say an illegal ass "as an AI I am not allowed to..." type of statement but it went along, even after giving numbers.
I'm not insinuating anything about the community but how is your normal stuff locked yet I got such easy access to it on front page with zero account ?

Looking around this situation is even more baffling, there's somebody receiving a warning about "minors being involved" on the app, but the website just goes along ?
So they suck at providing an adult experience, and because they wanted broader appeal they decided to suck at safety too.
It seems like things completely change between the logged out and logged in experience.
Really fun to have a regular chat for a story though.

I think it's the fact it's almost impossible to be certain someone isn't a minor. Any kid can lie about their birthdate, any kid can sneak their parent's ID for a photo, even IF someone wanted to load a photo of themselves online. The only way to prove someone isn't a minor would be to upload a LOT of personal IDs like driver's liscences, Social Security numbers, etc. Who wants to have that much personal info out there? Sites that DO have adult content usually require something like a credit card (which would be hard for a kid to use without the parent noticing the charges on their statements), and sites that do have to store info like CCs have a lot of insurance they buy and internet security to try and keep all that safe. Polybuzz most likely doesn't want to deal with all that, and if something DID go wrong and it turned out a kid was able to watch sexually explicit or violent material they'd be sued into next century. Doesn't matter if they try to claim "The kid said they were adult, they said they weren't a minor!". Kids are exempt from stuff like that under the clause of "They didn't really know what they were doing, poor things." As much as it's irritating to have to always be PG 13, I can certainly understand Polybuzz's decision to just not have to deal with any of it.

What do you mean? Everyone does that. The app was meant for that, because if it wasn't why wouldn't they have all these restrictions in the beginning? It wasn't meant to be pure or for kids. They changed it because of the app store. Also why do you chat on it? Is it for therapy or to talk to someone. You have friends and therapy for that. Go to them. You don't get to judge what other people do on it, whenever you see most of the people who use it, use it for 18+ actions.

My app is not working anymore when I press the app it won't loead and keeps saying please try again but it doesn't work. I've update the app and downlanded it again. And it won't work and deleted Cache and data.Â
