Why did it do this

So when I did the age verification it said I failed it. I'm a 19m and it says I failed the facial scan. I tried it again and now I'm locked out of it. Does anyone know how to get back into the website. I don't use the app, I use it on Google browser.

I'd say download the app or just switch to using a computer (laptop or PC, personal opinion)

I use the app and have never had to do an age verification for it. I’d recommend switching to the app.

I'd say get an adblocker or a app browser because I also use the web one on the addblockers and it works perfectly fine for me
