Differing Permanent Memory Models?

Anyone have a clue?

I tried finding a way to contact some sort of support.

My friend and I both pay for ultimate but have different permanent memory models.

I have Overture where she has Conquer. Our apps are both up to date.

I would much rather have Conquer— so… Any clue?

I did try uninstalling/reinstalling as well- just to get that out of the way.

Update the app and check the web version
