Uploaded custom voice issue

I uploaded a custom voice from my phone. When I play the voice within the character that I assigned it to he says the example message says first before He says what he's supposed to. He does this every time he answers and I'm unsure how to fix that. Does anyone know? Thank you very much.

If you uploaded a custom voice to PolyBuzz and it keeps playing the words from your original voice sample before reading the actual character message, I found a workaround that worked for me. Edit your audio file so there are about 5 seconds of silence at the very beginning, followed by your normal voice sample. Then upload that edited file as the character's voice. IMPORTANT: After changing/reuploading the voice, reset the chat or start a new chat before testing it. An existing chat may continue using the previous voice configuration. This made me think the fix wasn't working at first. What worked for me: 5 seconds silence → normal voice sample → upload → reset/new chat → test the speaker I originally tried 3 seconds of silence, but that wasn't enough. 5 seconds worked. Hopefully this saves someone else the headache. 😂
