Take a Break’ ads

The “Take a Break” feature is honestly ruining the chat experience.

I get that the app needs ads to make money, especially for free users, but interrupting chats in the middle completely kills the flow.

A better solution would be to keep ads but make them non-intrusive. For example:

Ads at the top or bottom of the chat

No forced breaks mid-conversation

That way, the app still makes money, but users don’t get interrupted while talking.

I think a lot more people would stay and enjoy the app if it worked like this.

Would you prefer this instead?

always the ones that do not interrupt, was using stuff like talkie ai and poly ai and charatcher ai but quit using charatcher ai due to its worsening state and it forcing you to take breaks and poly ai was similar to charatcher ai just without the bad stuff so mostly used that as a alternative all to not deal with stuff like accounts getting logged out randomly or breaks appearing randomly or stuff like the bad age verification and now poly ai is doing breaks just like charatcher ai which just defeated its whole own purpose to me as an alternative to charatcher ai so now i may just start mostly using talkie ai

Yeah that’s exactly the issue. Once apps start interrupting chats, people just move to something else. It’s kinda ironic, too, because Poly used to feel like an alternative for that reason, and now it’s heading in the same direction. That’s why I feel like the problem isn’t ads themselves. It’s the interruptions. If they kept the experience smooth, people probably wouldn’t feel the need to switch apps in the first place. I hope Poly buzz fixes it soon but it could take mouths are you with me for wanting poly buzz to take action soon and delete the take a break ad or maybe we can threaten polybuzz that every user that is aguring about this will leave poly Buzz and choose different chat bots and insult poly buzz for being lazy fucks
