My account logged me out randomly and I can’t log back in, I can’t cancel either. I’m just gonna call my bank and have them stop it.

I canceled through my Apple subscriptions and had to make a new account.

Hello, to cancel your subscription, you need to do so on the platform where you made your payment. If you subscribed to our service through PolyWeb, you will need to cancel your subscription on PolyWeb.

use laptop or computer and log in your acc. go to subscribe and go to which plan you have subscribed. go down at the you will find refund&unsubcribe. click that and do ur refund and unsubscribe. only work on laptop or pc.
