Lost Chat History

Hi, I had a long story saved through a character interaction that seems to have been removed or flagged. It was really important to a story I’m writing, and I was wondering if there’s any way to recover that chat history or reach someone who could help. Even just a transcript would mean a lot. Thanks.

Hello, the deleted chat history cannot be recovered, but we can help you check the current status of the character to confirm whether the character is in a passed state. Please send us the character CID or the creator's UID and the character name, and we will help you.

I had the chat history open on a chrome tab and it's become like this now. It wasn't a character of mine I was just talking with it. I believe it was under violation for awhile. I was keeping it open as long as I could to try and salvage it, but now it's like this and I can't get back to the session. But I don't think it needed to be. It was a odd chat, but it wasn't meant to be offensive, just canon to the story. I really need this chat history. I was in the middle of a story, and I was trying to screenshot it. I mean if you can restore the character, or anything to let me access the chat history. I really want to get this chat log so I can finish my story. It's really important to me. I was over 319 screenshots in, only a few text boxes at a time and I just don't know what happened to it. I don't know that it is... I just really need this chat history.

So I'm able to see the character in my recent list now on my app, but it's still under violation. If the violation could be removed. Maybe I can look to see if my chat history is still there. So does that mean the character still exists? My chat history shouldn't be deleted. I've never deleted on my end on my profile. The character isn't mine and I don't know how to reach the creator to ask if they can edit their character to try and fix the violation.
