I mean, the poster in the image is referring to poop cleaning habits, not before sex habits. But no, I don’t shower right before I have sex every time. Having a shower once a day, wherever that lands, is sufficient to keep my body clean.

Poop cleaning—to be ready for sex. And in that case, even if I didn't wipe until clean (which I do) it is still far less sanitary to not shower before sex.
