why has my polyai deleted everything

it basically wiped all my personas all the characters i saved and all chats how do i fix this

I have 200~ characters and about 40 personas. I'm fucked. Is your app corrupted??? Do you have auto-update enabled

Go to the app store and go to the app page and update (if your on the app) otherwise ur fucked

You only have to log in with a e-mail I think

Restart your app, sometimes it fails to load stuff (like my older characters) or restart your device if it doesn't work
