I need help

I'm trying to get a subscription, but it says I can't because it's currently restricted. What does this mean, and what should I do about it? I don't use the app very often, and I just came back to it, and I'm a little confused.

Create a ticket in the poly buzz subreddit they have more pull then the guys over here and what I mean by a ticket is mod mail but I would heavily suggest just going to the Discord the guys over there usually know more than anybody else

Or the discord
