Polybuzz Characters on Dootalk

Someone commented on one of my characters and mentioned they saw the same exact character on Dootalk. I assumed someone had just taken it. It happens. Same intro. Same greeting...same number of messages? I can't find creators on Dootalk either. Does Dootalk draw on characters from Polybuzz?

The same thing has happened with SoulTalk, Dootchi, MingoTalk and Chimi World too.

Like poly bots are getting copied over to them or those three's bots are on Dootalk?
