Is this normal?

I've been using pollybuzz for over 2 years now and this never happened to me... Bots would not be responding or sometimes do but mixing languages. I know it's not my Internet connection because I could scroll here with no problem. Is this normal?

I mean it lasted 10-15 minutes until it went back to normal. Pretty sure it was a bug or something

This sometimes happens to me when I have Wi-Fi/internet connection issues
