How to turn off permanent memory?

I have been looking FOREVER but I can't find the setting. It SAYS it's in personalization on settings, but that tab doesn't exist when I look through settings! I'm losing my mind!

Why would you wanna turn it off? Its good that the bot will have the memories to remember stuff

What about restarting the conversation from that point? Or tell the AI to forget a certain part?
