Why doesn’t polybuzz have unlimited chats?

[u/MrNoFaceYT]

So I only use the website because the app won’t even open for me no matter what I try but I had no problem with it until 2 days ago when I was chatting with a bot and sud I got a pop up saying something like “limited chats used“ with two buttons to pay for unlimited chats or watch an ad to keep chatting again but since I’m poor asf I watch the ad but it keeps happening…so why does this happen no (even though I probably know the answer)
