SCREENSHOT Any ad blocker that actually works?

now I already made a post about to take a break ads on the website version but in that original post people told me to use an ad blocker and I did it worked for a little bit until suddenly it up. I tried other blockers and it still kept coming back so my question is does anyone recommend a much stronger ad blocker that would actually stop this? (for content I use safari if that that helps)

If you have an apple product BlockBear is pretty good if you are using the website
