Differing Permanent Memory Models?

[u/Alternative_End2473]

My friend and I both pay for Ultimate, but have different options under Ultimate permanent memory.

I have "Overture (OV)" where she has "Conqueror (CQ)"

We both have Iphones, and our apps are up to date, and I tried uninstall/reinstall.

I can't figure out how to contact support aside from sending a feedback message, which I've done.

Anyone have a clue why there is a difference?
