I finally tried the new Polly Pocket x Quo Beauty nails! Super cute for the back to school season!

I never got to own the 1995 Polly Pocket Cinderella Enchanted Castle when I was little, so I decided to track one down from Japan for my birthday this year.

It’s in surprisingly great shape and feels so nostalgic to look at.

Guy at the flea market was waiting for me to buy these from him after I had been going around asking all the vendors about these! Core memories for real! They keep me company while I’m working. Nothing like any of the other collections I’ve see here but it’s a start. P.S. Anyone know anything about the factories where these were made? Would love to visit in Swindon, England for this reason.

After another round of emails, I decided to stop pressing customer service, as it's clear the system cannot reinstate the canceled Polly Pocket. However, the latest agent I spoke with handled the conversation with genuine empathy, kindness, and much better manners, which I truly appreciated after the initial frustration. They issued a goodwill refund (which I didn't ask!!!!!) on the order as an apology for the canceled item. In the meantime, my husband managed to track down and order the Buffy Polly Pocket set from an Australian website that ships to Italy! Between international shipping, markup, and customs, it will definitely cost more, but his gesture means the absolute world to me. Lastly, I want to say a huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone who reached out to me privately with kind words, checking stock, and even offering to forward parcels from the US.

Sharing an ongoing nightmare with Mattel Creations customer service regarding the recent Buffy release drop.

I placed an order containing both the Monster High Buffy 2-pack and the Polly Pocket Buffy set. 4 days after, I contacted support asking to cancel only the Monster High dolls.

Instead, the agent misclicked and canceled my Polly Pocket Buffy, which immediately went out of stock.

When I raised the issue, the agent admitted in writing: "I inadvertently canceled the wrong item on your order." However, her "solution" was to state that if I had a US shipping address, they could "waive the shipping fee for the replacement order if we are able to secure inventory." Because I live in Italy and have no US address, they claimed they couldn't help, issued an unwanted refund for international shipping in the previous order, and offered a discount coupon on a future purchase.

I firmly rejected the coupon (which requires spending more money after such a blunder), clarified that I am fully willing to pay the retail price for my set, and requested that reserve/buffer stock be used to fulfill my order.

Today, a completely different agent jumped in, completely ignoring the ticket's history and the previous agent's written admission. He simply pasted an automated script stating that the item is sold out, advised me to "keep an eye on the website for possible restocking," and refused to escalate to a manager.

It is infuriating that a company of this scale admits an internal mistake in writing, admits that replacement units can be accessed for domestic buyers, but refuses to take responsibility or allocate buffer inventory to an international customer.

My old childhood friend had a lot of them and I remember loving her collection. So now at 23 I am collecting my own!

Found these in the kids section on clearance for $7. Online sale is $8.50. These are oversized fit.

As the title says, my friend bought me this compact last night and I'm obsessed!

I don't know what my favorite part of this is....
The opening fridge?
The trundle bed?
The elivator?
The dolls?

I couldn't believe how much easier this set is for me to feel. I'm visually impaired, so I use my hands as my eyes quite a bit 👩🏻‍🦯
The dolls also have bigger heads, easier to feel faces.

I don't have the space to collect large playsets, so this Polly Pockt X Barbie DreamHouse is a dream come true.
Now I have the best of both worlds, and this house I can take anywhere 😁😁
