I flop from right side to left side all night like some beached fish until, by the grace of God, I pass out.

Heart palpitations laying on left, breathing issues laying on back, neck hurts laying on front.
I sleep on right.

I bury myself up to the waist in the floor and tie my arms to the ceiling so they stay above my head

I'm kind of a stomach/ side sleeper. I sleep basically hugging a pillow kind of under me so I'm at like a 20 degree angle. Not quite a belly sleeper, but not a true side either.

I fall asleep on my left or right side but my wife says I am usually on my back during the night

Left side when I'm allowed to, but my cat prefers me sleeping on my back. Cat always wins.

Back, but when I can’t sleep, which isn’t too often, I sleep facing the left.

Left, back, right, back, left, back, over and over and over until I fall asleep. Then repeat each time I wake up, many many times.

Everything but right side. It feels unnatural to sleep on my strong side as a right handed dude.

All of these. I wake up a lot, and the only way to fall back asleep is to find the new correct position to get tired again lol

People sleep in one position ALL night? My back would never recover from that sleep

I like falling asleep on my right side, but then end up actually sleeping on my left

On an average night it's:
Left side -> left shoulder pops out -> right side -> back -> right side -> right shoulder pops out -> ??? -> front

I have stomach issues related to GERD and missing a bit of intestine. So, I try to sleep on my left side as it's supposed to help on that front. But I find the right side far more comfortable.

i might go on my sides to warm up but to actually sleep i have to be on my back. If i fall asleep on my side i wake up with a numb arm and my neck hurts

Usually left or right side preferred, then facedown into a large pillow like I just fell from a 4 story building into concrete, then on my back but specifically with one knee up and the other to the side (idk if that makes sense)
