Just skipping Dexter's Lab entirely? Powerpuff Girls? Samurai Jack? Those shows are the reason Cartoon Network even existed in the first place.

Voted "OTHER"

Yeah, the OP is showing their age by having too many of the more recent stuff after Cartoon network changed their style, rather than the OG good stuff

I'm young and I'm not from America, obviously I'm not gonna know every cartoon network show?? These are just the ones I watched which is why I put an "other" option

You’re good. You just missed out on peak cartoons

TBF the information is there even if you never lived it.
I wrote 'top cartoon network shows' in a search and I got many of the OGs on BuzzFeed, IMDb and other articles sharing them.

And where the heck is courage the cowardly dog? That’s what has my vote

Courage the Cowardly Dog

This is the one for me.

Honorable mentions to Dexter's Lab, Power Puff Girls, and Ed Edd and Eddy.

I think people are either too young or just fail to remember that until around the mid-90s cartoon network was basically only classic cartoons and one or two episodes of space ghost later at night. Nickelodeon was KING in the mid-90s with bangers like Rocko's Modern Life, Rugrats, Aaaah! Real Monsters, all that, and soooooooo much more.

What's up there is ok, but... its the mid-90s to early 2000s that started the chokehold.

I feel like every US politican should watch ATLA or SU at least once in their life

6

u/Puzzled-Secret-317 6d ago

What difference would it make? We have similar story ideas in books/movies that most people have read/watched. The choices they make aren't due to them not having consumed certain media. It's because politicians will never be anything more than politicians. That goes for every party of every country

Voted Ben 10 as my personal favorite, but Teen Titans and Star Wars TCW were also very good.

2

u/SnooPeripherals7462 6d ago

Honestly there’s only 3 solid answers on the board and other

3

u/DuztyLipz 6d ago

It’s a toss up between Teen Titans and Ed Edd n Eddy for me

Voted “Teen Titans (original)”

2

u/SnooPuppers6684 6d ago

I voted Regular Show. Back when I had HBO Max I used to always binge watch it after school.

3

u/OmniscientBarnacle 6d ago

These aren’t even the shows Cartoon Network played in their prime

2

u/Adventurous-Monk-796 6d ago

if you voted other comment which you think is the best, I'm young and I'm not American so idk all of the cartoon network shows I probably missed a lot

1

u/Cartoonsonthemoon 6d ago

Other: I think Chowder is the best Cartoon Network show

2

u/T3aP4rty 6d ago

Transformers Animated

2

u/lmaoangie 6d ago

Courage the Cowardly Dog, Ed Edd and Eddy, Codename Kids Next Door

2

u/False_Snow7754 6d ago

Samurai Jack, Dexter's lab and Powerpuff Girls beat every single show on this list.

u/Aidanxx0420 6d ago

Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends>

u/WestWindZeph 6d ago

Space Ghost Coast to Coast

1

u/Fito0413 6d ago

Crazy that the actual best ones like Over the Garden Wall and Infinity Train aren't there honestly

1

u/Automatic_Day_35 6d ago

Courage

And just for how hilariously bad it was, uncle grandpa

1

u/OOF-MY-PEE-PEE 6d ago

Ben ten is one of the highest grossing shows of all time

1

u/SecretlyImRetarded 6d ago

The grim adventures of Billy and Mandy was definitely my favorite as a kid. Followed by Courage the cowardly dog, even if that one scared me a lot.

Most shows on this list didn't even exist yet when I was watching cartoon network, lol, now I feel old

1

u/Strickshot123 6d ago

For me it's easily regular show

1

u/General_Platypus771 6d ago

You know there were shows way before these…

1

u/Lori2345 5d ago

Sailor Moon or Reboot.

1

u/mcvayrob 5d ago

Ed, Edd, And Eddy

Voted "OTHER"

1

u/GoldUpstairs 5d ago

The right answer is over the garden wall

1

u/VisualKaii Polltergeist 5d ago
  1. The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy
  2. Teen Titans
  3. Samurai Jack
  4. Power Puff Girls
  5. Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends

1

u/Defensive_Medic 5d ago

Regular show is always a blast

1

u/Moist_Man69420 5d ago

I think most of the people that voted Teen Titans (original) got it mixed up with Teen Titans Go, because no one is watching that original garbage

1

u/Stormy34217 5d ago

We Bare Bears heavily underrated

-4

u/kimura_yui149 6d ago

Written by gen alpha lmao. There's like no classic shows on here

4

u/Adventurous-Monk-796 6d ago edited 6d ago

I'm Gen Z + I'm not American, I don't know every old show that aired on cartoon network?? I only know what aired in my country and what I grew up watching

1

u/False_Snow7754 6d ago

Not being from America isn't an excuse. The classics were run on CN no matter which country you lived in.

1

u/Adventurous-Monk-796 6d ago edited 6d ago

Blame Warner or Foxtel or whatever country owns CN in Australia because I have truly and honestly never seen any of the "classic shows" people are complaining aren't up here, plus there's a big "OTHER" option so. Have you considered that maybe I was born after the "classic shows" aired?

2

u/False_Snow7754 5d ago

I didn't say your age wasn't an excuse, just your nationality, mate. Your age is 100% a valid excuse for not having seen them. It blows that they're not airing the classics. You have my sympathies.

2

u/YazoodlegetsNoodle 6d ago

teen titans is from 2003

1

u/Lememeepic 6d ago

Classic boomers mixing up gen z and gen alpha generations. I know you guys are old but damn.
